Common questions

My day count looks wrong

Open your tracker and check the quit date and time — the counter counts from that exact moment. Editing the date fixes the count instantly. Time-zone changes are handled automatically.

How do I log a relapse?

Open the tracker and choose “I slipped.” Your current streak restarts, but your history — longest streak, total clean days, and earned milestones — is kept. That's by design.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you bought with. If it doesn't come back, email us with your purchase receipt.

How do I delete my data?

Your quit data is stored only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. See ourprivacy policy for the details.

Where can I get help with quitting itself?

The app is a self-help tool, not a medical service. If you're struggling — especially if you drink heavily every day and want to stop — talk to a doctor. In the US, the SAMHSA National Helpline is free, confidential, and open 24/7: 1-800-662-4357. Ourquit guides also cover what to expect week by week.
